Nicole Kidman’s Mansion Buyer Revealed

Nicole Kidman has sold her Sydney Darling Point mansion. And now we know the identity of the buyer. A former stockbroker from Monaco Rob Pitterino bought the three-level, four bedroom home in Yarranabbe Road.

The 1068 square metre property was purchased for $13.2 million. Pitterino is a former Country NatWest stockbroker who left Australia more than 10 years ago. It is unclear whether he plans to move back to the country to live in the house.

Walter Antonelli, the Raine&Horne agent who negotiated the deal, said that a confidentiality agreement was signed.

When the actress had the house listed a year ago, she was told she could get about $20 million for it. Kidmas is looking for a new home that would be more suitable for her daughter who turns one in July.

Kidman and her husband Keith Urban, recently looked at a house in Victoria Rd, Bellevue Hill.
